Crash Course in Innovating for the Future | Workshop

Design Thinking is a process and a capability that transforms how we think, work and reimagine how we solve a wide range of problems and deliver value to customers, both external and internal. It can be applied to products, services and processes. It provides a structure to navigate complexity and, in the process, builds creative adaptive problem-solving leaders and teams.

More and more organizations are in touch with end-users from a data perspective but lack a deep understanding. Too often, data describes habits without the important ”why” behind the behavior, therefore, no clear path to action. Deep human understanding reveals insights that you can act upon – insights that stimulate innovation, business solutions and creative problem solving.

This fun, interactive workshop will introduce you to the steps in the Design Thinking Model and provide several hands-on tools to set you on your journey to success.

This workshop will be led by Jandie Lane, a former P&G executive of 20+ years. She now leads workshops in design thinking, consumer/customer insights, creativity, team building and leadership. Her customized innovation workshops have included teams from organizations of all sizes from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Jandie has led innovation projects for many consumer brands such as Keurig, Nike, Clorox, Burts Bees, Aveeno, Olay, Pampers, Folgers, Pringles, Exxon Mobile, Pantene, Tide, Downy and many local start-ups, on-profit, and service-based organizations.
